Refund policy

At Scalp Armor, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return, refund, and exchange policy:

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@scalparmor.shop with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product and package. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the product was defective or there was an error on our part.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

Exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged or defective.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@scalparmor.shop within 30 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damaged package and product.

Process:

We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

If the item is out of stock, you will be offered either a full refund or a store credit for future purchases.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds for international orders will cover the product cost only, excluding original shipping charges.

Payment Issues

Inventory Availability

If an item is out of stock after you order, we will cancel and notify you. You may choose a full refund or an alternative product.

Pricing Errors

Orders placed due to technical pricing errors may be canceled. You will be informed of the correct price and may choose to reorder or receive a refund.

Delayed Shipments

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded until delivered and returned under our return policy.

Lost or Missing Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. ScalpArmor™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize a mistake, contact us immediately.
